• MICROWAVABLE HEATING BAGS. Wednesday, August 23rd 11:00am-12:00pm. Bring your lonely socks or baby leg warmers to turn into cute, no-sew, microwavable heating pads. These will then be donated to local senior living facilities.
• NATIONAL TRAIL MIX DAY. Thursday, August 24th, 11:00am-12:00pm. Make your own trail mix in the cafe! We will have lots of healthy selections to chose from to make your own unique creation.  Make one to snack on and one to donate to local food banks.
• CAPES FOR KIDS. Friday, August 25th, 11:00am-11:30pm. Design a no-sew, superhero cape for a child living in a shelter. By supporting the Capes for Kids program, you can help a child feel encouraged and empowered in the midst of their challenges.
• NATIONAL DOG DAY. Saturday, August 26th, 11:00am-12:00pm. Meet us in the Cafe to make some yummy homemade treats for man’s best friend. Any treats that don’t go home to Fido will be donated to the Humane Society.
